Now Tommy was a teabag
Who was feeling very brown
Now that’s part of the problem
Why he was very down
Tommy, he was square and neat
Like teabags used to be
Until the Ad-Men said “Oh No!”
Round bags are best for tea
So Tommy sat upon the shelf
Forgotten, lost and sad
The days of the square teabags
Were the best he ever had
Until one day young Aaron
A little boy aged three
Came running to the kitchen
To see what was for tea
He spied our little hero
Looking square and thin
He cried “Can I have that teabag?”
I’ll pour the water in.”
“Oh no” said his Mother
“I’ll make the tea for you
The water is a tad too hot
For a little boy like you.”
So Tommy ended his young life
Happy, full of joy
He provided the best cup of tea
For a three year old young boy.
